What is Videnie?
Videnie is Bulgaria’s first space for immersive digital art, offering unique exhibitions that combine technology and art.
What are the opening hours of Videnie?
Videnie’s working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday. On weekends, we’re open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We’re closed on Mondays.
What is the duration of the visit?
The recommended visit duration is 60 minutes.
Do I have to arrive before the reserved time?
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your reserved appointment time.
Can I come in if I'm late?
You can enter up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. For example, if your ticket is for 12:30, you can enter until 12:45.
Can I use VR glasses if I wear dioptric glasses?
Yes, our VR goggles are compatible with diopter glasses.
Can I take photos during the exhibition?
Photography without flash is permitted in all areas of the exhibition.
Do you have a wardrobe for storing personal belongings?
We provide a wardrobe for your clothes and personal belongings during your visit. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing items.

Is the space accessible to people with disabilities?
At the moment we do not have special accessible infrastructure, but our team is always ready to assist and provide individual help if needed. If you have specific requirements, please contact us in advance.
Can I come in with a pram?
Yes, strollers are allowed.
Can I enter with a pet?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs for people with disabilities.
Can persons under 18 enter unaccompanied?
Yes, only children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Ticket Maintenance
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online via our website or at the box office if slots are available.
Can I leave and return on the same day on the same ticket?
Your ticket is valid for a single entry. If you leave the exhibition, you will not be able to re-enter with the same ticket.
Can I change or cancel my ticket after purchase?
Tickets are non-refundable, but subject to availability we can offer to change the day and time of your visit. Please contact us as early as possible to assist.
What format should I present my ticket in?
You can present your ticket in print or digital format as long as the barcode is clearly visible.
Do you have discounts on tickets?
We offer discounts for people with disabilities, as well as for individuals under 12 and over 65 years of age.
Can I leave and return on the same day on the same ticket?
Your ticket is valid for a single entry. If you leave the exhibition, you will not be able to re-enter with the same ticket.
What should I do if I have not received confirmation of an online purchase?
Check your email’s spam folder. If you still haven’t received a confirmation, contact us at support@videnie.space with your name and the email address used for the purchase.
There are no tickets available for the desired date and time. Is it possible to release more?
If the system shows that there are no seats available, it means that all tickets for the respective slot are sold out. We recommend that you keep an eye on our website as new availability may become available in the event of any cancellations or changes.
I'll be late for my time slot. What to do?
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you in the next available slot, but this cannot be guaranteed.
