About the Role

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and visual elements for 3D mapping, interactive installations, and digital art projects.

  • Work with Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other graphic software to realize projects from concept to final product.

  • Develop visual concepts and styles aligned with project requirements and target audiences.

  • Prepare and adapt content for various platforms, including interactive displays and projections.

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas for future projects and installations.

  • Optimize workflows through best practices and the use of innovative technologies.


Requirements

  • Excellent command of Cinema 4D or Blender and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Experience in digital arts and creating innovative visual experiences.

  • Creativity and attention to detail, combined with strong time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

  • Experience with interactive technologies and software such as TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine, or Unity is a plus.

Role Overview

Development of interactive XR environments and real-time visual solutions with Unity for art installations, exhibitions, and stage projects.

Implementation of VR/AR/MR functionalities, sensors, tracking systems, and integration with physical environments.

Optimization of performance and visual quality in real-time contexts.

Collaboration with 3D artists, motion designers, and sound designers to create cohesive and immersive experiences.

Development of prototypes and interactive demos during the early phases of projects.

Participation in creative brainstorming sessions and contribution to the conceptual development of projects.

Testing and adaptation for different devices (VR/AR headsets, projectors, sensors, touch displays).


Requirements

  • Excellent command of Unity 3D (C# scripting, prefabs, lighting, materials, shaders).

  • Experience with XR technologies (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, ARKit, ARCore, or similar).

  • Understanding of interactive design principles and real-time graphics.

  • Ability to work with 3D formats and integrate assets from Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.

  • Creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset for technical challenges.

  • Experience with TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine, or other VFX/interactive frameworks is a strong plus.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills, and readiness to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
