General conditions for ticket purchase and visit Videnie
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) outline the rules for purchasing tickets to visit Videnie, an immersive digital arts space located in Sofia, Bulgaria, operated by Videnie.Space Ltd (UIC: 207785235). These terms establish the legal relationship between the service provider, ticket purchasers, ticket holders and visitors, setting out their rights and obligations.By purchasing a ticket and visiting Videnie, you agree to be bound by these T&C. Please read this document carefully before completing your order.These terms and conditions are offered in English/English, at the visitor’s option, and are not considered a formal signed contract.
Videnie.Space reserves the right to update and change these GTC. The latest version will be available on our official website.

2. Definitions
- Service provider: Videnie.Space, the organisation responsible for the management and operation of the immersive digital arts space.
- Exhibition: Any temporary or permanent digital art installation, guided tour or immersive experience offered at Videnie.
- Visitor: Any person granted access to an exhibition or guided tour at Videnie.
- Ticket Purchaser: the person who purchases a ticket from the service provider.
- Ticket Holder: the purchaser of a ticket or any person who lawfully receives a transferred ticket.
- User: An individual who purchases a ticket for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
- Ticket: a certificate granting access to a specific exhibition at Videnie, in print or electronic format.
- Voucher: A prepaid or gifted electronic or printed certificate with a unique identifier (QR code) that can be redeemed for a ticket.
- Coupon: Promotional code providing a discount on ticket purchases.
- Gift Voucher: A prepaid voucher that can be transferred to a third party for ticket redemption.
- Rules of Conduct: A mandatory set of rules of conduct for visitors, available on site and on the website at Videnie.

3. General provisions
3.1 These GTC govern the legal relationship between the service provider, ticket purchasers, ticket holders and visitors. Any change or deviation from these terms and conditions requires a written agreement.
3.2 Exhibitions on Videnie are open to persons of all ages; however, minors must be accompanied by an adult (16+). Entry is only permitted in the designated time slots for ticket holders.
3.3 By entering the premises, visitors agree to abide by these GTC.
4. Tickets and prices
4.1 Ticket prices displayed on the official website Videnie at the time of purchase are applicable. 4.2 Ticket prices are displayed in BGN/EUR. Payments in other currencies will be subject to exchange rates set by our payment partner.
4.3 Tickets can be purchased online or on site. Ticket prices for online purchases may differ from those on site.
4.4 All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted except in the event an exhibition is cancelled by the service provider. 4.5 Group and educational discounts are available on request. Contact support@videnie.space for details.
4.6 Tickets are transferable but resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
5. How to buy tickets
5.1 Tickets are available for purchase through the website at Videnie and authorised resellers.
5.2 The Ticket Purchaser must provide accurate information upon completion of the purchase. Errors in email or payment details are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5.3 Upon successful payment, tickets will be emailed as a PDF attachment and must be presented upon entry.
5.4 The Ticket Purchaser is responsible for ensuring delivery of the Ticket to the Ticket Holder.
6. Visitor behaviour and rules
6.1 Visitors must observe all venue rules and show respect to other guests, staff and exhibitions.
6.2 The following items and actions are prohibited:
- Dangerous objects, weapons or flammable substances.
- Alcohol, illegal substances or disorderly conduct.
- Unauthorized commercial photography or filming.
6.3 Photography without flash is permitted. Video shooting may be restricted depending on the exhibition.
6.4 Pets are not allowed except for certified service animals.
7. Accessibility and safety
7.1 Videnie is wheelchair accessible, ramps only when available. Please contact us at hello@videnie.space to secure one.
7.2 Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors.
7.3 Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by staff in the event of an emergency.
8. Liability and compensation
8.1 Videnie is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
8.2 Visitors enter the premises at their own risk.
8.3 Violation of the T&C may result in the visitor being immediately ejected without a refund.
9. Changes to these conditions
9.1 Videnie reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
